Returns Policy

  • Full refunds will be offered if order has been incorrectly filled out on our end and you have notified us within 24 hours of accepting delivery of your item. Incorrect item will have to be returned.
  • If you have made a mistake by purchasing the wrong item, you may be entitled to a store credit if we are notified within 24 hours of accepting delivery of said item. Postage and handling fees will not be refunded and item will have to be sent back to us to receive store credit. Item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in.
  • If items have been damaged in the shipping process, please notify us within 24 hours so we can lodge an insurance claim.
